COMING SOON

Arkansas’s 2nd District hasn’t sent a woman to Congress since 1928 and voters there have never elected an African-American. Joyce Elliott could be the first. But she’ll have to get past a three-term incumbent, an increasingly conservative district, and—oh yeah—a global pandemic.
